Dr. Pablo Chacana has a degree in Biological Sciences and in 2008 he obtained his PhD degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He is currently a researcher at the Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria and the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas de la República Argentina.
Since the beginning, he has carried out research and development activities related to poultry farming, mainly on Salmonella and egg yolk antibody production.
He directs doctoral thesis and scholarship students, is the author of several scientific publications and is responsible for research projects and technological linkage agreements with companies.
He also participates in commissions and working groups of the poultry sector and has lectured in scientific and technical events in different parts of the world.
