General Conditions of Contracting
Introduction
This contractual document will govern the General Terms and Conditions of contracting for registrations/tickets (hereinafter, “Conditions”) through the website, owned by GRUPO DE COMUNICACION AGRINEWS SL (hereinafter, the PROVIDER), whose contact details also appear in the Legal Notice of this Website.
These Conditions will remain published on the website, available to the USER for reproduction and storage as confirmation of the contract, and may be modified at any time by the PROVIDER. It is the USER’s responsibility to read them periodically, as the applicable version will be the one in force at the time orders are placed.
Contracts will not be subject to any formality except for those cases expressly indicated in the Civil and Commercial Codes and in this or other special laws.
Acceptance of this document entails that the USER:
- Has read, understands, and comprehends the information contained herein.
- Is a person with sufficient capacity to enter into a contract.
- Assumes all obligations set forth herein.
These conditions will remain valid indefinitely and will apply to all contracts made through the PROVIDER’s website.
The PROVIDER states that it is responsible for and aware of the current legislation, and reserves the right to unilaterally modify the conditions, without affecting the terms and conditions that were implemented prior to the modification.
Identity of the Contracting Parties
On one side, the PROVIDER of the services contracted by the USER is GRUPO DE COMUNICACION AGRINEWS SL, with its registered office at Cami Ral, 495 2º 2º, 08301 – Mataró (Barcelona), CIF B65957300, and customer/USER service telephone number 931 15 44 15.
On the other side, the USER, registered on the website with a username and password, over which they have full responsibility for usage and custody, and who is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the PROVIDER.
Purpose of the Contract
This contract is intended to regulate the contractual purchase relationship that arises between the PROVIDER and the USER at the moment the USER accepts, during the online contracting process, the corresponding checkbox.
The contractual purchase relationship entails the provision of a specific service, in exchange for a determined and publicly stated price through the website.
Rectification of Data
If the USER identifies any errors in the documents generated by the contractual relationship, they may notify info@grupoagrinews.com so that GRUPO DE COMUNICACION AGRINEWS SL can correct them as quickly as possible.
The USER may keep their data updated by accessing their user account.
Contracting Procedure
In order to access the services offered by the PROVIDER, the USER must be of legal age and register through the website in the “inscripciones” section, providing the requested data. For this reason, the USER must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data required, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), regarding the protection of natural persons with respect to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), regarding the protection of personal data, as detailed in the Legal Notice and in the Privacy Policy of this website.
Before registering or making any payment, the USER must carefully review the registration. The PROVIDER will not be responsible for nor refund any amount received if such conditions have not been reviewed.
Once registered, and in accordance with the requirements of Article 27 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the contracting procedure will follow these steps:

- GENERAL CONTRACTING CLAUSES
Unless otherwise specified in writing, placing an order with the PROVIDER will imply the USER’s acceptance of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the USER may differ from those of the PROVIDER unless expressly accepted in advance and in writing by the PROVIDER.
- ACTIVATION OF SERVICES
The PROVIDER will not activate any service until it has verified that payment has been made.
Since the order does not involve the physical delivery of any product, and the contracted services are provided directly online, the PROVIDER will inform the USER in advance about the procedure they must follow to access the service.
At the time of purchase, the USER must check the availability indicated by the PROVIDER.
Failure to Execute the Distance Contract
In the case of service provision, it will be available from the moment the USER has made the corresponding payment, and may be activated under the PROVIDER’s conditions.
The PROVIDER assumes no responsibility if the service activation does not occur due to the data provided by the USER being false, inaccurate, or incomplete.
The provision of the service will be considered completed at the moment the USER has activated the service by paying for it.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Before registering or making any payment, the USER must carefully review the contracting conditions.
Registration and admission to the event are personal and non-transferable; they cannot be changed and no refunds will be made for any reason.
The USER may unsubscribe from the service before completing the CONDITIONS, remaining outside the withdrawal period, but no refund of the amount received will be made.

Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free online dispute resolution platform accessible to the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to the courts, through the intervention of a third party known as a Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as a mediator between both parties. This body is neutral and will engage with both sides to reach an agreement, potentially suggesting and/or imposing a solution to the conflict.

FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for any failure due to force majeure. The fulfillment of the obligation will be delayed until the cessation of the force majeure event.
- COMPETENCE
The USER may not assign, transfer, or convey the rights, responsibilities, and obligations contracted in the sale.
If any stipulation of these conditions is deemed null or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected in any way, nor shall they be modified in any way.
The USER declares having read, understood, and accepted these Conditions in their entirety.
- GENERAL TERMS OF THE OFFER
All sales made by the PROVIDER shall be understood as subject to these Conditions.
No modification, alteration, or agreement contrary to the Commercial Proposal of GRUPO DE COMUNICACION AGRINEWS SL or the provisions herein shall have effect, unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by the PROVIDER; in such a case, these specific agreements shall prevail.
Given the continuous technological advances and service improvements, the PROVIDER reserves the right to modify its specifications regarding the information provided in its advertising, provided this does not affect the value of the services offered. These modifications will also be valid if, for any reason, the possibility of supplying the offered services is affected.
- PRICE AND VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER
The prices applicable to each service are those published on the website and will be expressed in EURO. The USER acknowledges that the economic valuation of certain services may vary in real time.
Before making a purchase, the USER may check online all details of the estimate: services, quantities, price, availability, charges, discounts, taxes, and the total purchase amount. Prices may change daily until the order is placed.
Once the order has been placed, prices will be maintained whether or not the service is still available.
Any payment made to the PROVIDER entails issuing an invoice in the name of the USER or the company name they have provided at the time of placing the order. This invoice will be sent by email together with the purchase confirmation. If 24 hours have passed since the order was completed and you have not received confirmation, please contact GRUPO DE COMUNICACION AGRINEWS SL at the customer service phone number 931154415 or via email at info@grupoagrinews.com.

In the event that the USER does not pay the amounts within the first 5 days following receipt of the invoice, the registration may be canceled.
- METHOD OF PAYMENT, CHARGES, AND DISCOUNTS
The PROVIDER is responsible for financial transactions and enables the following methods for making payments on an order:
- Credit card (this payment method is only valid through the website)
- Bank transfer
- PayPal
Security Measures
The website uses generally accepted information security techniques in the industry, such as SSL, secure pages for data input, firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these objectives, the USER agrees that the PROVIDER may collect data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of access controls.
The PROVIDER undertakes not to allow any transaction that is, or could be considered, illegal by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, or that could or might potentially damage their goodwill or negatively influence them.
The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offering of any product or service that does not comply with all the applicable laws to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, or Cardholder(s).
- PURCHASE PROCESS
Cart (Budget Simulation)
Any service from our catalog can be added to the cart. In the cart, you will only see the selected services, the quantity, the price, and the total amount. Once saved, the cart will calculate taxes, charges, and discounts according to the data entered.
The carts are not administratively binding; they are just a section where a budget can be simulated without any commitment from either party.
From the cart, you can place an order by following these steps for proper completion:
- Checking the billing details.
- Checking the method of providing the service (download, activation, etc.).
- Selecting the payment method.
- Placing the order (purchasing).
Once the order is processed, the system instantly sends an email to the PROVIDER’s management department and another to the USER’s email confirming that the order has been placed.
- SEVERANCE AND SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
If any of these terms and conditions is deemed illegal, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be considered severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
Without prior notice, the PROVIDER may suspend or terminate the USER’s access to its services, in whole or in part, for any valid reason, including, without limitation, if the USER does not comply with or follow any of the obligations set forth in this document or any applicable legal provision, license, regulation, directive, code of practice, or usage policy.
When the PROVIDER exercises any of its rights or powers under this Clause, such exercise shall not prejudice or affect the exercise of any other right, power, or remedy that may be available to the USER.
- WARRANTIES AND RETURNS
Warranties will adhere to the regulations set forth in the section titled “Warranties and After-sales Services” of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions shall be governed by or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in all matters not expressly set out herein. Any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Conditions shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the USER’s domicile, to the place where the obligation is fulfilled, or to where the property is located if it is immovable.
