Oviedo Rondón is a veterinarian from the University of Tolima in Colombia, and obtained his Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition and Production at the State University of Maringá in Brazil, and PhD. in Poultry Science at the University of Arkansas. In addition, in 2018 he earned a Master in Business Administration at North Carolina State University, specializing in Supply Chain Management and Decision Making.
For this reason, Oviedo has extensive experience in the poultry industry as a veterinarian, nutritionist, extension agent and international consultant.
In fact, the expert has been invited to more than 30 countries as a speaker and is the author of more than 100 scientific articles published in different important industry media.

Eduardo Cervantes is an industrial engineer from Universidad del Norte in Colombia, with more than 44 years of experience in poultry processing and related areas. For the past 23 years, he has focused his career on consulting to improve productivity in terms of quality, yield and costs. To a large extent, the expert focuses on micro-management to reduce integral waste with innovation.
In addition, Cervantes has authored numerous industry-leading scientific publications on poultry processing.
